Contraception

Reading biology and right now studying the ethical issues of using different forms of contraception methods. Contraception is good because it allows couple to decide when to have a child and it prevents birth of unwanted children, but of course there must be some negative aspects of the use of contraception and I find the text-book example so ridiculous that it becomes hilarious, stating that contraception may promote promiscuity!!?

So what is worst? promiscuity or not to be able to decide over your own body?
